This page provides information regarding the process for deleting your account in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
Steps to Delete Your Account
If you wish to delete your account from our application, please follow these steps:
- Open the application and navigate to the Settings screen by tapping the cogwheel icon located at the top right corner of the first screen that appears.
- Under the Accounts section, tap the Log in button to authenticate if you are not already logged in.
- Once logged in, scroll to the bottom of the screen and press the Delete Account button.
- Follow any additional on-screen instructions to confirm the deletion of your account.
Data Retention After Deletion
Upon account deletion, your User Provided Data will be removed from our active databases. However, some information may be retained in our backup systems for up to 30 days before being permanently deleted. Automatically Collected information may be retained in aggregated form as described in our Privacy Policy.
Important Considerations
- Account deletion is irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
- Any subscriptions or associated services linked to your account will be terminated.
- If you have an active subscription, consider canceling it before deleting your account.
- Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy during and after the deletion process.
